If you buy Nokta Pro and change your mind for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
This policy meets — and where it's simpler, exceeds — the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumer law gives you for online purchases.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. To request a refund:
The refund goes back to your original payment method. How quickly it arrives depends on your bank or card issuer, but it's typically within 5–10 business days.
When a purchase is refunded, the associated license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate the app. Your notes stay on your device and remain fully accessible — on any new installation, the free-tier limits apply.
The free tier of Nokta Notes includes the full editor, all themes, search, the MCP server, and one publishing workflow — with a limit of 8 notes. It's the easiest way to find out whether Nokta fits you before spending anything.
